Third, we send an SMS code to verify your mobile; you enter this code into the app. Fourth, provide your full name and date of birth. Fifth, create a security question and answer. Your account is now active. You can deposit immediately via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Before your first withdrawal, we verify your national ID number using our identity-verification partner. This verification usually completes within one business day.

If you cannot log in to your makmur account, first check that you are using the correct username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page; we send a reset link to your registered email. If you do not receive the email within subject to verification, check your spam folder or contact support. If you suspect unauthorized access (transactions you did not make, balance changes), contact support immediately via in-app chat. Payments and transactions

When you select Bank Transfer on the deposit page, we provide you with a unique account number and reference code. You initiate a transfer from your bank app or online banking.
